PREVENTATIVE MEDICINEMany patients wish to stay well and avoid disease. Other persons have a known health problem that has not yet caused them serious difficulty. We have selected 8 products that have the potential to help the healthy stay well and to help those with a known health problem recover from their disease. 1. Vitamins , Minerals and Nutrients. Our Advanced Mega Multi formula has the needed vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in correct dosage. They are in a capsule preparation with improves absorption. No one is able to get adequate vitamins and minerals from the foods they eat grown in our nutrient depleted soil. Taking a supplement program gives significant protection against arterial disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and cataracts. 2. N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC). This amino acid has powerful antioxidant properties. NAC is a precursor in the formation of glutathione. High glutathione levels are associated with longevity and low glutathione levels are associated with the appearance of degenerative life shortening diseases. N-Acetyl Cysteine has recently been found to raise the quantity of glutathione by 38 %. Because of this improvement in glutathione and the antioxidant properties of NAC we think everyone should consider taking NAC. 3. Dr’s Pride Pure-Gest (natural progesterone). This produces up to 10 % restoration of bone density in 6 months in patients with osteoporosis. Continued use restores bone density to that of a healthy 35 year old. We think that all women over the age of 50 should take natural progesterone to prevent or treat osteoporosis. There have been no side effects in 25 years of usage. Hip fractures in elderly women are a common cause of loss of independence and death. This is preventable with natural progesterone. 4. Coral Calcium (CC). This product is harvested from volcanic coral reefs in Okinawa. This unique coral is a source of large quantities of alkaline minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium) and trace minerals. Individuals living where they eat food and drink water derived from glacial erosion, which contains large quantities of alkaline minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, cesium etc.), live 30 years longer and do not develop cancer unless they move away. Malignancies occur in parts of the body which become acidotic and lack oxygen. The alkaline minerals from coral calcium keep the body alkaline and insure large amounts of oxygen in the tissues. Okinawans are noted for their longevity and good health which appears to relate to eating food and drinking water containing coral. 5. Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA). Alpha lipoic acid is a powerful antioxidant that is active in water and fatty tissues (brain). This has been used in Germany for 30 years to treat diabetes. Recent research has shown that high doses of ALA (600 to 1800 mg.) can sometimes reverse the neuritis and eye damage seen in diabetics. Nerves have been shown to sprout new fibers. Because of this exciting development we think all diabetics should consider taking 100 to 200 mg. of ALA daily to try to prevent the painful neuritis and visual loss seen in diabetes. Physician supervision is needed as blood sugars may fall with ALA. 6. Nanonized Detoxifying Formula (NDF). This complex food supplement contains micron sized particles of chlorella that are very effective in removing metals (mercury, aluminum, etc.) along with substances that remove toxic materials from the body in a safe manner (nanonized chlorella and ferments from helpful bacteria, lipoic acid, glycans, super oxide desmutase, pure water, BioPhoton Excitation Process and beneficial bacterial strains). All persons living in developed nations are exposed to toxic substances on a daily basis (mecury, aluminum, fluoride, polluted air, water and food, PCBs, herbicides, petrochemicals, pesticides etc.). Autism and schizophrenia have been helped by NDF. NDF is more effective at removing mercury than intravenous chelation. We think that removal of toxic substances from the body and thus improved health can result from use of NDF. 7. Nattokinase (NK). This is an enzyme derived from a Japanese food which is made by fermenting soybeans with bacillus natto. The enzyme found in this food (nattokinase) is very effective in preventing blood clots and dissolving existing blood clots without causing bleeding. We think that all persons known to have arterial disease (angina pectoris, heart attack, stroke, intermittent claudication and gangrene) will be likely to avoid developing blockages of arteries when taking NK. In this way NK can help patients with existing arteriosclerosis to avoid strokes, heart attacks and gangrene. |
