Refund Policy

| Natural Health Team will gladly refund your purchase under the following conditions: |

Order Cancellation:
- Orders may be canceled prior to shipping. Shipping is usually within 3 business days of the receipt of the order.
- Cancellations must be in writing via email, lori@naturalhealthteam.info.
- The refunded amount is the Total original charge. |

Orders received in good condition may be returned:
- Returns must be received by Natural Health Team, 31240 May St. Lacombe, LA 70445 in new condition, unopened and at the buyers cost.
- Returns must be shipped within 30 business days of receipt.
- Returns must include a copy of the "Packing Slip" or "Invoice" included in the shipment.
- Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
- A restocking fee of 20% of the product costs will be assessed up to $150.
- Refunds are made in the form of the original payment. |

Damaged orders will be replaced:
- Orders received with obvious package damage should be refused.
- Notify the carrier and notify Natural Health Team. |
